Our 101 series are each a 4-week beginner class series designed for people who are new to the aerial arts. You'll gain confidence and strength, while learning spins, tricks and techniques!

Each series runs for 4 consecutive weeks, with each class running 75 minutes (pole) or 60 minutes (lyra) . The whole 4-class series is only $125.

REBEL 101
REBEL 101 is a 4-week beginner pole dance class series, designed for people who have no experience with pole fitness. You'll learn skills such as pole walks, spins and a few tricks, along with grips, body awareness and proper muscle engagement.
The series runs for 4 consecutive weeks, with each class running 75 minutes. The whole 4-class series is $125.

Lyra 101
LYRA 101 is a 4-week beginner lyra hoop class series, designed for people who are completely new to aerial hoop. You'll learn skills such as mounts, spins and poses, along with grips, body awareness and proper muscle engagement.
The series runs for 4 consecutive weeks, with each class running 60 minutes. The whole 4-class series is $125.
