You’ve got your new pole heels but now what? Adding heels isn’t as simple as just putting them on. There’s skill and technique involved.

The first half of this workshop will go over the anatomy of the shoe and how it affects your movements, along with exercises to condition your feet and ankles.

The second half will review some basic skills and techniques to help you move more fluidly around and off the pole, along with recovery exercises after you take your heels off.​
